A few minutes away the Maribyrnong River precinct offers its own recreational activities from a round of golf, a serve of tennis or making use of the numerous walking paths and bike tracks. Gather some friends for a barbeque in the park or a fine meal at the Anglers Tavern or renowned Boathouse restaurant.

For those needing a regular dose of retail therapy, a great choice of shopping centres are within easy reach of Windy Hill including Westfield Airport West, the new Moonee Ponds Central, Highpoint Shopping Centre plus the vast array of outlets at Essendon Airport Homemaker Hub and DFO.
